Biography of LeRoy A. Jerrell
Erie County, PA Biographies





LeRoy A. Jerrell is a relilble and successful business man of Erie, where he is the owner of the Keystone Electrotype Company. He is a native of Indianapolis, Ind., born June 25, 1889, and the son of Charles and Rebecca (Crosby) Jerrell.

Charles Jerrell, deceased, was born at Seymour, Ind. He was a resi dent of Indiana during his entire life and died in 1907. His wife died in 1891. LeRoy A., the subject of this sketch, was their only child.

After completing his schooling in Indianapolis, LeRoy A. Jerrell was connected with a furniture factory in that city for a number of years. In 1917 he removed to Erie and established his present business at 128 East 17th Street.

On Nov. 16, 1910, Mr. Jerrell was married to Miss Elsa Anderson, a native of Indianapolis. They have a son, Charles C., born April 3,. 1913, now a student at Garfield School.

Mr. Jerrell is an independent voter. He is affiliated with the Masonic lodge and is a substantial citizen of his community.
