Biography of C. A. Johnson

C. A. Johnson is among the enterprising and progressive young business men of Columbiana. He was born at Braddock, Pa., March 28, 1899, and is the son of Frank and Mary Johnson.

After completing his early schooling at Columbiana, C. A. Johnson attended Mt. Union College. While enrolled there he served for five months as a member of the Student Army Training Corps. Mr. Johnson has been interested in his present business since 1920, it being then owned by W. L. Augustine, who established it in 1885. During 1920 Mr. Johnson purchased the business. He is a book dealer and handles a fine grade of stationery and novelties.

Politically, Mr. Johnson is a Republican. He is a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and the Masonic Lodge and Sigma Nu fraternity. He is a popular young man in the community and has many friends.
