Thomas H. Fisher, vice president of the First National Bank of East Liverpool, is among the prominent and successful
business men of Columbiana County. He was born in Beaver County, Pa., May 30, 1873, and is the son of William Harvey
and Martha A. (Laughlin) Fisher.
Thomas H. Fisher entered the employ of the First National Bank of East Liverpool, Ohio at the age of 16 years and
from a messenger boy he has risen to his present executive office. He was elected vice president of the First National
Bank of East Liverpool in 1923. Mr. Fisher is also vice president and treasurer of the Federal Building & Loan
Company, and president of the National China Company of Salinevine, Ohio.
In August, 1907, Mr. Fisher was united in marriage with Miss Glennelle Reed of Wooster, Ohio, the daughter of Milton
and Martha A. (Brenaman) Reed. Mr. and Mrs. Reed are residents of Wooster.
In politics Mr. Fisher is a Republican and served as a member of the school board. He is identified with the Second
United Presbyterian Church, the Masonic Lodge and Shrine, the Rotary Club, East Liverpool Country Club and the
Chamber of Commerce. He is an energetic and enterprising citizen and well known throughout the community.
