Miller, Charles A., was born in Williamson, March 23, 1860, the son of John and Mary Skinner Miller, he born
in Greenfield, Saratorga county, and she in Waterloo, N. Y. The grandfathers of our subject was Philaster Miller,
of Greenfield, Saratoga county, N. Y. John Miller is a farmer and lives a retired life in Pultneyville. His wife
died when our subject was an infant, and Mr. Miller married Sarah L. Throop, of Williamson. Our subject was reared
on a farm and educated in the common schools. He now resides with his grandfather.
