CLARENCE I. NIXON, born in Speedsville, Tompkins county, November 15th, 1870, was graduated from the Ithaca
high school in 1889, and afterwards studied law in the office of Clark & Tuthill, in Owego. He was admitted
to the bar February 9th, 1894, at Binghamton and has since been in practice of law at Owego. He was the democratic
candidate for district attorney in 1894.
