Biography of David H. Harvey

Harvey, David H., son of William and Susan (Shannon) Harvey, was born in Lansingburgh, N. Y., in 1856. His father died in 1885. Mier leaving school Mr. Harvey entered the employ of his tncle, Robert Harvey, in the wholesale salt fish business, and after the death of his uncle in 1884 he formed a copartnership with C. G. Eddy under the firm name of Harvey & Eddy. He is a charter member of the Y. M. C. A., and belongs to King Solomon Lodge, F. & A. M., and all the Masonic bodies of Troy. In 1882 he was married to Miss Emeline Elder of that city.
