Fraser, David S., M. D., was born in Canada October 31, 1847. Educated in the Dundas Grammar School and Toronto
University, he entered the Bellevue Medical Hospital in New York city and was graduated as an M. D. in 1868, and
the next year began the practice of his profession in Lyndonville, where he has since resided. Hugh Fraser, his
father, was born in Biggar, Scotland, and died in Canada March 17, 1882. April 25, 1877, Dr. Fraser married Jessie
N., daughter of Morris and Mary Colt, of Yates, and his children are Hugh, David B., Kenneth D., Keith, and Donald
M. He has held the medical offices of the town and is an active member of the Orleans County Medical Society. In
addition to his practice he conducts a drug store in a building erected by the Free Methodists for a church edifice.
