Kellogg, W. J., M. D., was born in the county of Bruce, Ontario, Canada, September 15, 1859. He was educated
at St. Catherine's Collegiate Institute and the Toronto Medical College, from which he was graduated in 1882, subsequently
doing hospital work in the Toronto General Hospital for six months. He then came to the United States and practiced
for one and a half years in Edwards, and from 1883 to 1890 in Harrisville. He then went to New York for six months,
spending the time in the various hospitals and the Post-Graduate Medical School and Hospital, and then came to
Watertown. He is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society and of the City Medical Society; also of the
I. O. O. F. Dr. Kellow is of English descent.
