Spann, Albert C., Buffalo, son of Henryaud Mathilde (Beitter) Spann, was born in Attica, N. Y., January 18,
1863. He obtained his education from the public schools and was graduated from the Attica Collegiate Institute
in 1880. He then removed to Buffalo and began the study of law in the office of Crowley, Movius & Wilcox, and
in 1884 was duly admitted to the bar. After being admitted to the bar he remained in this office for four years,
and at the end of that time opened an office on his own account and has since been engaged in the practice of his
profession.
