Osborn, Richard, Buffalo, a native of Truro, Cornwall, England, was born December 31, 1850. He came to this country at the age of twenty one and settled in Buffalo, where he has since resided. He was apprenticed to the carpentefs trade, which he followed seven years, and has since been engaged in contracting and building. In 1891 he was made vice president of the Equitable Aid Association, in which capacity he now acts. He was married January 2, 1883, to Emma Fowler, of Mayville, Ky.
