Broadway Foundry Company, Buffalo. -This business was founded by Messrs. J. W. Pohlmann and J. C. Kohlmann in
1887. who conducted it until January 1, 1891, when Edward Walter became a partner. Mr. Pohlmann has the general
management of the offices and financial affairs, while Mr. Kohlmann controls the foundry and Mr. Walter gives his
attention to the stove department. They make a specialty of the famous Walter ranges and stoves. The partners are
widely known Buffalo men and are active competitors for business.
