Hinkel, Frank Whitehill, M. D., Buffalo.-This popular and well known physician was born in Lexington, Ills.,
March 6, 1858. His parents soon returned to Pennsylvania, where he obtained his early education. He was graduated
from Lafayette College in 1879, taking the degree of A. B. In 1882 he received the degree of M. D. from the University
of Pennsylvania and the following year removed to Buffalo and began the practice of his profession. He was elected
to the professorship of Laryngology in the University of Buffalo in 1886. Dr. Hinkel is a member of the Saturn,
the University and the Liberal Clubs of Buffalo, and also of the American Laryngological Association, and the American
Laryngological, Rhinological and Otological Society.
