Biography of Frank B. Brady


Brady, Frank B., East Hamburg, p. o. Orchard Park, was born in the town of East Hamburg, N. Y., March 26, 1831. He was educated in the district schools and has followed the honorable occupation of farming. February 3, 1867, he married Louisa A. Holmes of the town of Aurora, and they have two children, John R. and Harriet L. John R. is a wholesale salesman of coal for H. K. Wick & Co., of Buffalo, N. Y. He married Maud Russell of the town of Collins, and they have one daughter, Ruth L. Harriet L. married George A. Torry, of Buffalo, a dry goods salesman, and they have one son, Frank B. Mr. Brady's father, John R., was born in Washington county, N. Y., in 1802 and came with his parents to Erie ëounty when fifteen years old. He was educated in the schools of that day and was a farmer. He married Rosina Utley, and they had four children: Rensselaer, Charles, Frank B. (as above) and Laura. Mrs. Brady died in 1836, and Mr. Brady in 1863. Frank Brady has been justice of the peace sixteen years. assessor one year and associate judge of the county two years. In his political choice he is a thorough Republican.
