Ronan, William H., an enrolled attorney, is deputy county treasurer and clerk of the Board of Supervisors. He
was educated in the Elmira schools and the Elmira Free Academy, read law with. Babcock & Robinson, of Elmira,
and was admitted to the bar at Albany in January, 1882. In 1888 he was made deputy treasurer, and in November,
1890, was appointed clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Mr. Ronan is an active politician in the Democratic ranks
and is quite prominent in the B. P. O. E. (Elks).
