Antone Olson, who for many years was a well known farmer of Jefferson township, was a native of Norway and first
came to the United States in 1869. After a short residence here he returned to Norway for his family, bringing
them over in 1873 and settling on a farm in Jefferson township, where he remained until 1908. He and his wife then
removed to South Dakota, where he died. Mrs. Olson, whose maiden name was Regena Olson, now resides with her son,
Christ A., in Sheldon township.
