Joseph Stegner was born at Baltimore, Maryland, July 18th, 1853. When a child of four years he accompanied his
parents to Dubuque, Iowa. Here he passed his childhood days and acquired a practical education. In 1877, came to
Hastings, having since made this thriving city his home. He is with Graus and Company, grocers.
