Bridget Kane, a native of Ireland, was born in 1834. In 1856. she came to America, and to Minnesota the same
year, locating on the place she now occupies. She was married to Peter Kane in 1858, who departed this life in
the fall of 1869. He left his widow with six cbildren, four sons and two daughters.
