YOUNG, Harry A., merchant tailor; born, Red Cloud, Neb., Oct. 25, 1881; son of Henry W. and Elnora (Spry) Young; educated in public schools, Red Cloud; married, Jan. 2, 1907, Minnie May Aldrich, of Imlay City, Mich. Began as apprentice tailor's trade, Red Cloud, 1895; after learning trade followed same in principal cities from New York to San Francisco for 8 years; cutter for firms in New York, Cincinnati and Detroit for 6 years; member firm of Leith & Young since 1909. Republican. Protestant. Member Detroit Board of Commerce. 32° Mason; member Consistory, Shrine. Recreations: music, outdoor sports. Office: 302 Bowles Bldg. Residence: 30 Adelaide St.
