YEATS, Richard Walter, manufacturer of wire and iron work; born, Port Huron, Mich., Oct. 28, 1867; son of Robert Thomas and Susannah Mary (Hart) Yeats; educated in public schools, Port Huron; married at Detroit, Mar. 25, 1901, Bessie M. Wells. Located in Detroit, 1885; became secretary E. T. Barnum, wire and iron work, 1892, and was made treasurer and general manager upon death of Mr. Barnum, 1910. Republican. Episcopalian. Member Detroit Board of Commerce. Clubs: Felloweraft, Automobile of Detroit, Wolverine Automobile, Detroit Athletic. Recreations: motoring, baseball. Office: 82 Washington Boul. Residence: 35 Edison Ave.
