VAN DYKE, Frank G., real estate; born, Detroit, Mar. 1, 1884; son of George William and Fannie E. (Porley) Van Dyke; nephew of CoL Harry Otis Perley and grandson of James A. Van Dyke, great grandson of Peter DeNoyers; educated private schools, Detroit; Notre Dame University, Ind., 1903; unmarried. Began active career in employ of L. P. and J. A. Smith Co. (now the Great Lakes Dredging Co.), of Cleveland, and continued as inspector, 1903-4; then salesman for the Art Stove Co., Detroit, 1904-8; in real estate business as senior partner Frank G. Van Dyke Co. since 1908; also vice president Michigan Insurance Agency. Republican. Catholic. Member Detroit Board of Commerce, Detroit Real Estate Board, National Real Estate Board. Member Sons of American Revolution. Club: Country. Recreations: hunting, fishing, motoring. Office: 716-719 Dime Savings Bank Bldg. Residence: 114 Rivard St.
