OWEN, Robert Goldsborough, physician; born, Atlanta, Ga., Mar. 3, 1882; son of Dr. Washington Goldsborough and Minnie (Evans) Owen; educated at Georgia Institute of Technology, 1896-98; graduated Powder Point Academy, Duxbury, Mass., 1900; A. B., University of Michigan, 1906, A.M., 1907, M.D., 1908; married, June 15, 1911, Lucile O'Reilly, of Detroit. Assistant in bacteriology, University of Michigan, 1905-7; assistant professor of pathology and bacteriology, State University of Iowa, 1909-10; associate director Detroit Clinical Laboratory since 1910; appointed junior pathologist Harper Hospital, 1913. Democrat. Unitarian. Member Wayne County Medical Society, Kappa Sigma, Nu Sigma Nu. Club: Detroit Tennis. Recreation: tennis. Office: 33 High St. E. Residence: 135 Peterboro St.
