KAHN, Albert, architect; born, Rhaunen, Westphalia, Germany, Mar. 21, 1869; son of Joseph and Rosalie (Cohn) Kahn; came to America, 1881; educated in public and high school in Germany; held American architect scholarship for study abroad, 1890-91; married at Detroit, 1896, Ernestine Krolik; children: Lydia, Edgar, Ruth, Rosalie. Has been engaged in practice of profession in Detroit since 1904. Buildings: Burroughs Adding Machine plant, Temple Beth El, Packard Motor Car plant, Hudson, Chalmers, Lozier and Ford motor plants, Detroit Free Press Bldg., etc. Director Trussed Concrete Steel Co. Member American Institute of Architects, Fine Arts Society. Clubs: Phcenix, Bloomfield Hills Country. Recreations: automobiling, traveling. Office: 58-60 Lafayette Boul. Residence: 62 Rowena St.
