Parker, of Saginaw; children: Parker H., Helen E., Delbert F. Began practice, 1903, under firm name of James & Kilpatrick and so continues; organized, 1910, Delbert C. James Co., general insurance, of which is secretary and treasurer. Member of Committee of 50 appointed by Mayor Breitineyer on street railway investigation. Republican. Presbyterian. Member Michigan State Bar Association, Association Bar City of Detroit, Lawyers' Club. Mason; Palestine Lodge; King Cyrus Chapter. Club: Fellowcraft. Recreations: bowling, hunting, fishing.
