Y., Oct. 20, 1881; son of Thomas and Mary (Fitz Gerald) Command; educated in public schools, Detroit; A.B., University of Detroit, 1901, A.M., 1902; LL.B., Detroit College of Law, 1905; married, Jan. 29, 1913, Mar­guerite Marie Brennan, of Detroit. Worked for various firms until graduation from law school; admitted to Michigan bar, 1905; served as assistant attorney general for a short time in 1907; justice of the peace, De­troit, 1911-12; elected to same office Nov., 1912, for term of 4 years; also assistant prose­cuting attorney, Wayne County. Member As­sociation Bar City of Detroit. Republican. Catholic. Member Knights of Columbus. Clubs: Harmonic, Lawyers'. Recreation: mo­toring. Office: 619 Majestic Bldg.; Wayne County Bldg. Residence: 103 Edison Ave.
