Began active career as bookkeeper; became connected with Wayne County Savings Bank as clerk, 1875, has filled every office in the bank and has been president since 1898. Treasurer St. Joseph's Home for Boys; member executive committee St. Francis Home for Orphan Boys; member Detroit Board of Commerce. Independent in polities. Catholic. Club: Detroit. Recreations: baseball; lover of violin. Office: Wayne County Savings Bank. Residence: 31 W. Willis Avenue.
