CODA, Christopher F., superintendent Art Stove Works; born, Chicago, Jan. 1, 1876; son of Dominick and Margaret (Shekels) Coda; educated in public schools, Chicago; Michigan Agricultural College, Lansing; married, June 23, 1909, Florence Walton, of Cleveland; 1 son, William A. Served as marine engineer on the Great Lakes, 1891-95; stationary engineer in Chicago, 1895-99; entered employ of Art Stove Works, 1899; removed to Detroit same year, and has been general superintendent for company since 1904; also vice president Union Brass Works; manager Robinson Automatic Machine Co. Catholic. Clubs: Fellowcraft, Detroit Yacht. Recreations: automobiing, boating. Office: 1549 Russell St. Residence: 94 Palmer Ave. E.
