CLUNE, Joseph Patrick, manufacturer of chemicals; born Grand Blanc, Mich., May 14, 1883; son of Joseph and Anna Rose (Dunn) Clune; educated in public schools, Grand Blanc; B.S., University of Michigan, 1908; married, Feb. 21, 1911, Frances May Fay, of Detroit. Began with Solvay Process Co., 1902, continuing until 1904; after completing college course returned to this company; assistant to works manager since 1908; also manager Solvay Process Co.'s baseball team. Democrat. Catholic. Member Tau Beta Pi, Knights of Equity. Recreation: baseball. Office: Solvay Process Co. Residence: 1050 Lafayette Boul.
