Harper, of Vicksburg, Mich.; two children: Charles H., Bernard E. Began active career in employ of passenger department Pere Marquette R. R., continuing four years; located in Detroit, 1905; has engaged in steamship business since 1906; passenger and ticket agent Detroit & Cleveland Navigation Co.; also handles tickets on ocean and lake lines and general tourist business. Progressive. Episcopalian. Member Detroit Board of Commerce. 32° Mason, Shriner. Clubs: Transportation, Fellowcraft. Recreation: travel. Address: 137 Woodward Ave.
