BUSH, Charles T., vice president The Chas. A. Strelinger Co.; born, Detroit, June 2, 1875; son of William B. T. and Anna Helen (Witherspoon) Bush; educated Washington public school and Paul Ziegler's private school, Detroit; married, July 8, 1899, Harriet V. Stansell, of Detroit; three children: Helen Harriet, Charlotte Virginia, Arthur Stansell. Began active career as assistant bookkeeper in office of Hugh MacDonald Plumbing Co., 1895; later spent a year in employ of the Strelinger Co., machinery and supplies, and was with the T. B. Rayl Co., hardware, two years; returned to The Charles A. Strelingor Co. as salesman, 1898, and has been vice president same since Feb., 1907. Member Detroit Board of Commerce, Society of Automobile Engineers. Republican. Presbyterian. Member Palestine Lodge, A. F. & A. M.; King Cyrus Chapter; Monroe Council; Detroit Commandery No. 1; Moslem Temple; also member Royal Arcanum. Clubs: Detroit Athletic, Felloweraft, Detroit Boat, Detroit Motor Boat, Automobile of Detroit, Wolverine Automobile. Recreations: sailing and motor boating, automobiing. Office: 96-110 Bates St. Residence: 838 Trumbull Ave.
