BURKE, George Franklin, orthodontist; born, Ann Arbor, Mich., Aug. 13, 1874; son of William and Catherine (Hyer) Burke; educated public schools, Ann Arbor; D.D.S., University of Michigan, 1896; post graduate course, Kansas City (Mo.) School of Orthodontia, June, 1913; married, June 13, 1903, Florence Treble, of Windsor, Ont.; one son, George Treble. Has practiced in Detroit since 1896; member State Board of Dental Examiners, 1911-13. Episcopalian. Member Detroit Board of Commerce, Michigan State Dental Society; associate member Wayne County Medical Society. Mason. Recreations: fishing, baseball, walking. Office: 315-17 Stevens Bldg. Residence: 149 Gladstone Ave.
