BRATT, Willis Sinclair, commercial agent Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul By.; born, Dunleith, Ill., Apr. 10, 1861; son of Nelson M. and Julia E. (Sinclair) Bratt; educated in Clinton (Ia.) High School; married, Clinton, Nov. 16, 1887, Mary Gillis; one son, Prederick W. Began active career as telegraph operator Chicago & Northwestern Ry., at Clinton, continuing, 1877-81; entered service of Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Ry., 1881, and has been successively cashier, ticket office at Clinton, agent at Anamosa and Cedar Rapids, Ia., division freight and passenger agent at Mason City, Ia., and commercial agent at Detroit since Jan., 1903. Republican. Member Masonic order, Knights Templar. Club: Transportation. Recreation: fishing. Office: 212 Majestic Bldg. Residence: 181 Seward Ave.
