BRADY, Mathew, physician; born, St. Thomas, Ont., Aug. 8, 1856; son of Patrick and Bridget (Doyle) Brady; educated in public schools, collegiate institutes at St. Thomas and Hamilton, Ont.; St. Michael's College, Toronto, graduating 1879; attended University of Michigan one year, and Bellevue Medical College, New York City, two years, receiving degree of M.D., 1883; married at Detroit, June 15, 1886, Josephine E. Coffins. Spent his earlier years on his father's farm; has practiced in Detroit since 1883; gynecologist on staff St. Mary's Hospital. Member Wayne County and Michigan State Medical societies, American Medical Association. Member Rainbow Fishing Club. Office: 607 Washington Arcade. Residence: Hotel Plaza.
