High School up to 1878; Somerville Academy, graduating 1883; University of Michigan, degree of B. A., 1886; married, New York, Dec. 16, 1911, Mabel Maltz Farwell. Has been engaged in practice in Detroit since May 2, 1887; member of law firm of Wells, Angell, Boynton & McMilan, 1892-1903; since member Angell, Boynton, McMillan, Bodman & Turner. Director and member executive committee Union Trust Co.; director Detroit Hotel Co. Member Michigan Bar Association. Republican. Member Psi Upsilon. Clubs: Yondotega, Detroit, Country, Detroit Boat, Old Club. Recreation: boating. Office: 2104 Dime Savings Bank Bldg. Residence: Pontchartrain Hotel.
