BOYNTON, George H., wholesale crockery; born, Marine City, Mich., May 17, 1867; son of Nathan S. and Hannah L. (Fedelgia) Boynton; educated in public schools, Port Huron, Mich.; married, Oct. 22, 1904, Mrs. Mary Ten Eyek, of Detroit. Proprietor of bazaar store at Port Huron, 1885.86; went to east coast of Florida and engaged in farming and hotel business; returned to Detroit and engaged in advertising business, 1903-8; since member firm of Osborne, Boynton & Osborne, wholesale crockery, glass and lamp goods. Member Co. F, 33d Mich. Infantry, for five years. Republican. Episcopalian. Member Detroit Board of Commerce. Mason; member K. O. T. M.; Modern Woodmen of America. Club: Pelloweraft. Recreation: baseball. Office: 71-73 Jefferson Ave. Residence: Charlevoix Hotel.
