Began active career as clerk Flint & Pere Marquette R. R., Toledo, O., Jan. 1, 1895, continuing until Apr. 1, 1897; then commercial agent same road, at Toledo, 1897-1902; general eastern agent Pere Marquette R. R., New York, 1902-6, assistant general freight agent, Chicago, 1906-10, and since May 1, 1910, general freight agent same road, headquarters in Detroit. Republican. Protestant. Member Y. M. C. A. Clubs: Felloweraft, Detroit Golf, Detroit Transportation,.. Chicago Athletic. Recreations: golf and outdoor sports. Office: 307 Fort St., Union Depot. Residence: Addison Apts.
