(Snow) Bolles; descended from General Israel Putnam; also on mother's side from a Snow who came to America in the Mayflower; educated Detroit public schools, Detroit; graduated High School, Detroit, 1892; University of Michigan, class of 1895; married, June 14, 1899, Mary A. Glass, of Detroit; two children: Paul K., Elvira H. Member editorial staff, Detroit Free Press, 1896-1904; editor and proprietor Twentieth Century Review, 1904-8; director and treasurer Port Huron & Northern Railway since 1911. Republican. Christian Scientist. Member Lowell Literary Society, Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Recreations: swimming and walking. Office: Wayne County Bank Bldg. Residence: 320 W. Warren Ave.
