BOLGER, James William, secretary and treasurer E. J. Hickey Co.; born, Detroit, February 15, 1875; son of Patrick and Catherine (King) Bolger; educated public schools; University of Detroit; married, Sept. 6, 1907, Anna Tracy, of Detroit; two children: Catherine and Mary Margaret. Began in employ of A. W. Bosley, retail furniture, 1892, continuing for five years; then with Michigan Central and Pere Marquette railroads, accounting departments, five years; became connected with firm of E. J. Hickey, clothing, etc., 1903; firm incorporated, 1909, as the E. J. Hickey Co., of which is secretary and treasurer. Roman Catholic. Member Detroit Board of Commerce, Detroit Credit Men's Association. Member Knights of Columbus, Knights of Equity. Recreations: automobiling, boating, fishing. Office: 201-203 Woodward Ave. Residence: 139 Stanton Ave.
