(Quintal) Blinn; educated public schools, Detroit; married, 1883, Alice Osborne, of Detroit; one daughter, Adele. Began active career as bookkeeper old Merchants' & Manufacturers' National Bank, 1883; entered grain commission business, 1893; manager J. S. Lapham & Co., since 1909. Republican. Episcopalian. President Detroit Board of Trade, 1913-14; member Detroit Board of Commerce, 32° Mason (Detroit Cornmandery, No. 1, K. T.; Moslem Temple, Shrine). Clubs: Fcllowcraft, Transportation, Detroit Boat. Office: 601-603 Chamber of Commerce Bldg. Residence: 29 Taylor Ave.
