& Merchants' Bank, Milan, Mich., and was manager same, 1885-95; started the Stimpson Computing Scale Co. at
Tecumseh, Mich., 1894; removed factory to Elkhart, Ind., and continued manufacturing there until 1904; then moved
factory to Detroit and united with W. F. Stimpson Co.; now secretary, treasurer and general manager Detroit Automatic
Scale Co., and W. F. Stimpson Co.; vice president Blau Gas Co. of Mich; director Quincy State Bank. Republican.
