Lewis; three children: Veola, Louis, Charlotte. Has been connected since the beginning of his active career with the wholesale pork packing, meat and provision business established by his father, 1865, aad is manager of the firm of Thomas Barium & Sons; also president Postal Steamship Co.; vice president Postal Hotel Co.; director Ashley & Dustin Steamer Co., Stewart Transportation Co. Member Public Lighting Commission, Detroit Board of Commerce. Member Michigan National Guard for four years. Clubs: Fellowcraft, Detroit Athletic, Detroit Motor Boat, Detroit Yacht, Rushmere. Recreation: automobiling. Office: 354 Grand River Ave. Residence: 319 Lincoln Ave.
