BALLENTINE, David Landt, secretary Detroit Allied Printing Trades Association; born, Port Huron, Mich., May 2, 1870; son of David and Laura (Worden) Ballentine; educated in public schools of Port Huron and under tutors in New York; married, Dec. 16, 1891, Mary Raymond Cole, of Port Huron, Mich.; two children: David Raymond, Laura C. Has been identified with the printing business since 1885; was in business in Chicago five years; came to Detroit, Sept., 1909; manager of printing for E. M. F. Co., one year, and for the Burroughs Adding Machine Co. one and one half years; secretary Detroit Allied Printing Trades Association, since July, 1912; president Huron Rubber Stamp Works. Republican. Congregation alist. Member Detroit Board of Commerce, Philadelphia Society of Detroit. Member Woodmen of the World, K. O. T. M., Foresters. Clubs: Adcraft, North Channel. Recreation: boating. Office: Boom 41, 57 Fort St. W. Residence: 121 Elaine Avenue.
