High School; literary department, University of Michigan, one year; LL.B., same university, 1901; married, Oct. 23, 1907, Marie E. Vincent, of Detroit; three children: Arthur A., Vincent, Elinor M. Formed a law partnership with Fred E. Bigelow, Sept., 1901; partner died, 1904; associated with Race & Haass, until 1908; practiced alone until 1911, since member firm of Bailey & Bradley. Republican. Protestant. Club: Lawyers'. Recreations: outdoor diversions. Office: 512-513 Union Trust Bldg. Residence: 150 Collingwood Ave.
