(Tower) Bailey; in direct descent from John Tower; educated in public schools, Orion, preparatory to university; studied law one year, Valparaiso University; student University of Chicago two years; married, Nov. 10, 1910, Clara E. Schroeder, of Evansville, Ind.; one child, Elna C. Lived on the farm until 16; president Elmer Bailey Shirt Co., Detroit, two years; in real estate business with The Hannan Real Estate Exchange since 1908. Member Detroit Board of Commerce. Founder and secretary of The Royal Oak Welfare League. Recreations: farming, birds. Office: No. 1 McGraw Bldg. Residence: Royal Oak, Mich.
