Academy; Caton's Business College, Buffalo; M.D., College of Physicians and Surgeons, Baltimore, 1893; married, Dec. 30, 1896, Helen M. Wood, of Eden, N. Y.; children; Warren W., Lyndon R., Kenneth R., Margaret C. Was member medical staff, Maryland State Hospital, Catonsville, Md., 1893-94; Binghamton State Hospital, Binghamton, N. Y., 1894-95; St. Lawrence State Hospital, Ogdensburg, N. Y., 1895-1902; chief surgeon, New York State Soldiers' and Sailors' Home, Bath, N. Y., 1902-4; superintendent Grace Hospital. Detroit, since 1904. Also consulting neurologist Grace Hospital Polyclinic.
