in 1869. Married Anna Myers, of Ida, Dec. 10, 1872; she was born Nov. 20, 1854; have three children: George E.,
born Dec. 11, 1873; John R., Oct. 25, 1877; Herbert C., born Nov. 7, 1886. He is a Republican; has been township
clerk one year, assistant postmaster three years.
