MRS. MARY AYLESWORTH, of Milan, was born October 11, 1816, in Sparta, N. Y. She was married to her first husband,
William E. Marvin, May 6, 1841, who was at that time engaged in the mercantile business in Springwater Valley,
N, Y. In September, 1844, he came to Michigan and settled in Milan township, upon a farm where he remained seven
years, when he sold the farm and engaged in mercantile business in Mooreville, Mich. He died April 21, 1869. To
them five children were born. Mrs. Marvin married for her second husband Daniel Aylesworth, of Milan. in 1873.
