Biography of Nathaniel Davis
Farmington Franklin County, Maine Biographies

NATHANIEL DAVIS, as has been stated, came with his family to the Sandy River Valley in the spring of 1781. He chose for his farm river lot No. 28, east side, now "Litte Blue," and soon erected a substantial log house. His residence there, however, was brief, for in 1793 he sold to Samuel Pool and removed to Phillips, where his wife died. He died in Temple several years later.
