MORRIS ROBERT WEIDNER, M. D., physician and surgeon, came to Chicago September 26, 1882. He was born in Adamstown,
Lancaster Co., Penn., November 2, 1856. He removed to Berks County, Penn., in 1857, where he was raised and received
his education in the public schools, and also at Mount Pleasant Seminary and Kallynean Academy of Boyerstown, Penn.
He made teaching a profession for nine years and graduated from Eastman's Commercial College. Poughkeepsie, N.
Y., June 20, 1875. He attended a course of lectures in the medical department of the University of Michigan. and
gradunted from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Chicago, Ill., March 13, 1883. He commenced the practice
of medicine at Dolton, Cook County, April 14, 1883. lie is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, of his
former home, at Boyerstown, Penn.
