JOHN B. REIDPATH agent and operator for the I. C. and C. & G. T. railways and Postmaster. He came to Cook
County, Ill., January 1, 1882, and took charge of the station at South Lawn. He was born at Detroit, Mich., Nay
24, 1856, and was raised there. Since 1873 he has been engaged in railroading. He was operator for the Michigan
Central; then Detroit, Lansing and Northern; lastly his present place. He was married in 1877 to Miss Ellen Delorme,
a native of Detroit. Mich. They have three children, Charlotte Augusta, Annie Elisabeth and Ellen Amelia.
